Over the course of 25 years the old girl has aged a bit. The car's original color was Falcon Grey (Paint No. 427). It went from the original owner to a used car dealer who dealt in Rolls Royces, which explains the current silver over grey paint scheme. The car is just about completely finished, and the final step will be a new paint job. The car will be painted an original two-tone paint scheme of Mayland Black over Mist Green. Even though two-tone paint jobs were reserved for the Bel Airs in 1950, it's a fitting color for this car.
