Exterior

The body on this car is incredibly straight, with very minor rust - one silver dollar size hole in each of the rockers. Fortunately, these holes don't require rocker replacement, just some minor patch work. It helps that the car spent the majority of its life in the Nevada desert! The car is currently painted Dover White over Blue, but the original color scheme was Dover White over Apricot (Paint Code: CUU - this color was introduced for Buick models beginning in spring 1956). The plan is to strip the car down and primer it with a flat white roof and flat black body. The currently available pictures were provided to me by the seller - check back often 'cause there will be more to come as work proceeds.
